You will be required to fill in the following information:
Member Dietaries, Guest Name, Guest CDH Number (this is their England Golf Membership number), Guest Dietaries

Format of the Day

8.30am - Welcome, coffee and breakfast muffins
9.30am - Shotgun Start - Better Ball Stableford
On course refreshments will be served by the 7th green
1.30pm - Golfers return
2.15pm - Three course lunch and prizegiving

Entry Fee £95 per pair. Payable upon sign up.
